Visitation
The purpose of the Sierra Lutheran visitation team is to make contact with and personal visits to those who are homebound, hospitalized, in a convalescent center, or recuperating at home. Our goal is to provide encouragement and support to those who may feel isolated or alone. Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest (LSS-SW)
As part of their aging and disability services LSS-SW uses Luminaria Home Care to provide quality care which enables seniors and individuals with disabilities to live at home and maintain their highest level of independence. Home Communion
